Minimum requirements*: - Annual income of $52,000 or more - Credit score of at least 650 *If your score is between 600-650, approval may be possible with excellent rental references from your current and all previous landlords. *Any credit score below 600 will be very difficult to approve. Please remember that the application fee is nonrefundable. - Good rental reference(s) - No court filings from previous landlords *If any one of your previous landlords has filed against you with the courts, approval will be difficult. We must be able to speak with the previous landlord to discuss the filing. - No criminal background - An inspection of your current residence may also be required for approval. PLEASE BE AWARE: we run credit and background checks on ALL applicants. We will obtain your credit score, and we will find any and all instances of your previous landlords taking you to court. Any misrepresentations of these or any other items, either on your application or to a Brands Capital employee, will result in your application being denied.
