Automatic ACH Withdrawal

We can automatically withdraw your rent from your checking account each month.

Pay using your Bank's Bill pay

You can use your bank's online bill pay system to mail us automatic payments.

You can make a payment by directly depositing your funds into our PNC Bank bank account.

IMPORTANT:
  • As your payment must be matched manually with our bank records, you MUST inform us of your deposit.
  • Once you have completed the deposit, please either email transaction@brandscapital.com, call the office at (412) 226-8989, send an sms to (412) 223-6653 or message to WhatsApp at number +1 (304) 280-3338. In your message, include your name, property address and a photo of the bank receipt. If you do not have the receipt for some reason include the amount paid, branch location and time & date of the deposit.
  • If you do not inform us of the deposit we reserve the right to charge you a $30 administrative fee.
  • When you fill out the deposit slip, please write 1032530633 in the ACCOUNT NUMBER field, Brands Capital Corp in the NAME field and your name & unit number underneath the NAME field of the deposit slip. See below for an example.

Drop off payment

You can make a payment by dropping off a payment at our office located at:

  • Please make your personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Brands Capital Corp
  • For prompt and accurate processing of your payment, please write down your rental unit address on your check and return it with your payment stub in the envelope provided with your statement.
  • Unless someone from Brands Capital Corp is at the office, you must place your payment in a envelope, seal it, and write Brands Capital and the current date and time on it.
  • The front door is locked at all times, please slide your envelope through the mail slot at the bottom of the front door.
  • The building and door does NOT have a Brands Capital logo or name displayed on it. Please make sure you are at the right location. The door is located to the right of the door to the Chocolate Moose.

IMPORTANT:
  • There will be a $20 administrative fee for each cash payment.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Many at Brands Capital Corp are working at home offices or on property location, therefore there will often be no one from Brands Capital at the office to take your payment.
  • If you want to make a payment in cash or require a receipt, you must make an appointment with us in advance. Appointments are typically only available for a few hours mid-day on two to three days of the week.
  • Do not drop off cash in an envelope.
  • There are multiple companies located at this locations. Therefore, it is important you follow these instruction so there will be no confusion.
  • We are located on the second floor towards the back of the building.

Pay by Credit or Debit Card

We are currently working on integrating credit and debit card payments through this website, so please check back soon.
In the meantime, we can accept credit and debit card payments over the phone by calling (412) 223-6653.

IMPORTANT:
  • There will be a 4% fee for all credit and debit card payments!
    (Fee waived on rental application fee payment.)

Pay with Bitcoins and other major Cryptocurrencies

Brands Capital is officially accepting Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoins for payments.

We are currently working on integrating bitcoin payment on this website.
