To apply please fill out the pdf application found here.

You have a couple of options here:

    Print
  • If you have a printer, you can print out the application and fill it out by hand.
    Once completed scan it and email it to info@brandscapital.com.
    If you do not have a scanner, no problem! Take a good photo with your phone instead.
    Other
  • If you don't have a printer and can not do it for any reason we are happy to mail you an application. Please contact us to make arrangements.
  • You can also mail your completed application to Brands Capital Corp, P.O. Box 8221, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. This is generally not recommended as it will add multiple days to the application process.

Please remember every person over 18 years of age who will be living in the home must fill out their own application.


Application fee


To pay the application fee you may choose any of our available payment options.

The application fee is $30 per household, so even if there are multiple applications the total fee remains $30.

We recommend letting us know whenever you submitted the application AND paid the application fee. This reduces the risk of us not properly matching the payment to your application.



Once you have submitted your completed applications and paid your application fee, you have completed your portion of the application process. Once we run your application, we will contact you and let you know whether or not you have been approved or if we need additional information.
