This apartment is currently occupied, as such, we are limiting our in-person showings. We do have a video tour of the property that is available to anyone who requests it. At this time, we are limiting our in-person showings to only people with paid applications.
This unit is located near the heart of the McDonald, PA. About 15 minutes from Carnegie or the Robinson Mall, and just across the county line in Washington County, this community has all you need.
This 2nd floor unit is very spacious. New renovations have led to upgrades in the kitchen, as well as new heaters installed in the apartments and air conditioning units. It should be noted that the 4th bedroom in this unit is a little smaller than most bedrooms.

Please remember every person over 18 years of age who will be living in the home must fill out their own application.
Application fee
To pay the application fee you may choose any of our available payment options.
The application fee is $30 per household, so even if there are multiple applications the total fee remains $30.
We recommend letting us know whenever you submitted the application AND paid the application fee. This reduces the risk of us not properly matching the payment to your application.
Once you have submitted your completed applications and paid your application fee, you have completed your portion of the application process. Once we run your application, we will contact you and let you know whether or not you have been approved or if we need additional information.
